Osteosarcoma is an aggressive and malignant cancer primarily affecting children, teenagers, and young adults. In pediatric cases, it is most often diagnosed between the ages of 10 and 20. Treatment typically combines surgery and chemotherapy, and prognosis (5-year survival rate of 60-80%) has been largely unchanged in the past 2 decades despite significant improvements in our understanding of the disease. This dataset includes transcriptomic sequencing data from a subset of the osteosarcoma patients in the KiCS program.
